Who we're looking for
We're picky — not because we're hard to work with, but because our customers expect a higher standard and we want to set you up to succeed. Here's what makes a great fit:
- Skilled in at least one of our trades (carpentry, drywall, tile, remodels, etc.).
- Solo operators and small crews are both welcome.
- Comfortable with a smartphone, GPS, photos, and quick text updates.
- Honest about your hours and your skill set — we'd rather you say "not my trade" than fumble through it.
- Reliable. Show up when you say you will.
What we'll ask for in your application
Everything below is optional, but the more you can share, the faster we can get you onto jobs. We won't run a background check just to read your application.
- Trades you perform & years of experience
- Tools you own
- Your hourly rate
- Crew size (solo or with helpers)
- Certificate of Insurance (general liability)
- Workers' comp policy or exemption form
- Trade license / certifications (if applicable)
- Driver's license / ID
- W-9 (for when you start getting paid)
