Seamless, invisible finishes — patching, full installs, water-damage repair, and skim coating done to a professional standard.

Licensed Hands-On General Contractor · CSL #CS-114214 · HIC #206818

Bad drywall work shows forever. Every glancing light, every fresh coat of paint, every change in season puts those bumps and seams on display. Good drywall work disappears completely — and that's what we deliver. From a single patch behind a doorknob to a whole basement hung and finished, we approach every drywall job with the same standard: proper substrate, correct fastening, three-coat taping, full feathering, sanded flat, and primed before paint.

Frequently asked questions

Can you repair drywall so it's invisible?

Yes. Proper drywall patching means matching the existing texture, feathering the mud out far enough, and priming the patch before paint. Done right, the repair completely disappears under one coat of matching paint.

How much does drywall repair cost?

Small patches (under 1 sq ft) usually run $150–$400. Larger water-damage repairs or full ceiling replacements vary based on size and texture. We provide a do-not-exceed estimate before starting.

Do you repair water-damaged ceilings?

Yes — but only after the underlying leak is fixed. We coordinate with plumbers when needed, then cut out damaged drywall, treat for mold if necessary, re-hang, tape, finish, and texture-match.

Can you skim coat textured ceilings smooth?

Yes. We can skim coat over popcorn or knockdown textures (after testing for asbestos in older homes) to bring ceilings flat and smooth. This is a 2–3 coat process for professional results.

How long do drywall repairs take to dry?

Joint compound dries in 24 hours between coats. Most multi-coat patches take 2–3 days from start to paint-ready, depending on humidity and patch size.
