Most contractors won't return a call for a small project. We do. Our small project jobs typically run 3–10 days — single-room refreshes, fixture swaps, trim packages, and light carpentry — and we also welcome 1–2 day jobs like punch lists, drywall patches, and door repairs left over from your last remodel. What makes small project work with us different is the transparency. You get live time tracking, photo updates from the job, and an itemized invoice that shows exactly when we arrived, what we worked on, and what it cost. No vague invoices, no surprise charges.

Yes — punch lists and post-construction cleanup-style fixes are common for us. Send us the list and photos and we'll quote it.
